    Seasonal capsule planning, private showroom appointments, and on-site closet edits.

    Clients are matched with houses from a short list the studio has cultivated over a decade. Appointments are unhurried and arrive without retail pressure.

  2. Luxury Travel Planning

    $220 / hr · 30-min blocks

    Destination research, itinerary building, and on-trip concierge support through vetted partners.

    Planning happens across two or three short meetings. Trips are booked through partners whose first loyalty is to your experience, not a commission structure.

  3. Residence & Move-in

    $200 / hr · travel quoted

    Relocation support, furniture sourcing, vendor liaison, and the unglamorous details that make a house feel like home.

    Long engagements at a steady cadence — often two days a week for a season. Follow-through is contracted upfront so the first month after move-in is not scrambled.

  4. Wellness & Recovery

    $160 / hr · partner fees separate

    Booking private instructors, arranging retreats, and coordinating in-home recovery teams.

    Partner fees remain separate and transparent. LEY does not receive a margin on treatments, retreats, or instructor time.

    Strategic image direction for founders, artists, and private principals entering a new public chapter.

    A six-week minimum engagement with two working sessions each week. Photo-day presence is billed at a day rate agreed upfront.
